Life coaching advice: Latoya ’the Optimist’ Is a podcast channel that provides life coaching advice- relating to mental and social behavior that can affect individuals from living a quality life. I focus on ways individual can identified negative pattern such as how they talk to one’s- self and think to one’s-self daily. I encourage and advise to replace negative ways with positive exercise; this includes good thoughts and action exercise to change mental behavioral pattern. Latoya’s ultimate goal is to promote love and optimism that will make everything in everyone’s life a little easier
